The Greater Snohomish County Chapter of NARPM\u00ae was established 2011, to serve all residential property managers in the Snohomish County area. We are 1 of\u00a060 local NARPM\u00ae Chapters found in 22 states across the nation.<\/p>\n
NARPM\u00ae is a national association of licensed real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. They promote a high standard in business ethics, professionalism and fair housing practice.\u00a0 This association also certifies its members in the standards and practices of the residential property management industry and promotes continuing professional education.<\/p>\n
A large number of single-family dwellings across the United States are non-owner occupied.\u00a0 As a group, managers of small residential properties oversee billions of dollars worth of assets, yet have had little or no voice in such important matters as tax law, legislation, legal document requirements, accounting practices, insurance, building codes, zoning and utilities.\u00a0 Prior to the inception of NARPM® in October 1988 there was no organization to represent this large group of property managers and their clients.<\/p>\n
Members of NARPM® are individuals who are engaged in the management of residential properties as agents for others, licensed in those states that require licensing.\u00a0 By being a member of NARPM® it shows those individuals are serious about there profession and continuing to educate themselves through this organization.\u00a0 Vendors that are affiliated with NARPM® are selected based on there professionalism and credentials to serve the needs of maintaining residential rental properties.<\/p>\n
Greater Snohomish County Chapter of NARPM® goals are to be at the cutting edge for information that will both protect and profit our owners.\u00a0 Making lasting relationships with our valued affliates.\u00a0 Gathering together with our property managers and affliates to give back to our community.\u00a0
