Each month, community members receive discounted pest control as a part of a resident benefits package included with their rent. Community members will use a portal and payment system previously set up by community managers. That means you can avoid complicated software integrations — and the headaches that come with them.
Step #2: When a Pest Appears, Tenants Submit a Claim in Our Online Portal
We deal with facilitating prompt, effective pest control services, so there is no back and forth between tenants and community managers. When a pest problem appears, tenants or community members simply click the button "Request Pest Control" and fill out an online form. That is it. It's that easy.
Step #3: PestShare Facilitates and Monitors the Pest Control Service Application
Once a tenant submits a pest control claim, we make sure the tenant is covered under the community manager's or property manager's plan. Then, we connect the Pest Control Service Professional with the tenant to coordinate when the service should be performed. We even require proof of service so that both the tenant and the community manager or property manager know with confidence that their pest problem is gone.
