Local Dues of $200.00 for the first year and $50.00 all subsequent years.
All members must have a current Broker's license or Property Manager's license in good standing with the Oregon State Real Estate Agency. All Members must adhere to the NARPM Code of Ethics.
The Applicants current focus of management must be primarily residential properties in the Tri-county Area. However, property managers from outside Portland are encouraged to attend in anticipation of creating other Chapters in Oregon.
